How long do you you to apply for your CCW after completing the class???? I know I could Google search and all that, but you all are like the gun Wikipedia!!!

I was told but I can't remember. I did my class in December but have still been procrastinating.

My dad took the class with me like 4 years ago, I went right in and got my CCW, he waited until December to finally apply, he had no issues.

Training is good for 10 years. Its in the CRS, 10 years from date of training.

(VI) A training certificate from a handgun training class obtained within the ten years preceding submittal of the application. The applicant shall submit the original training certificate or a photocopy thereof that includes the original signature of the class instructor. In obtaining a training certificate from a handgun training class, the applicant shall have discretion in selecting which handgun training class to complete.
