[I]Two "highly intoxicated men" are in custody after they allegedly fired off several shots at a home in Thornton overnight, police officials say.
Police found shell casings on the roof and in the back yard, Thornton Police spokesman Matt Barnes said.
They don't know what type of weapons were used or if anything was hit in the reckless gunfire that began about 11:30 last night.
There were no injuries and no one was held against their will.
A SWAT team reportedly surrounded the home in the 12700 block of Bellaire in Thornton.
