What do you guys think of the exchange? Obama seems to be having a problem conforming to the ground rules of the format agreed to before the debate.

Obama wants us to switch right away to an alternative energy source that has yet to be invented. We can't go after more fossil fuels or nuclear power to 'bridge the gap'.

Pretty much just talking points from Obama and McCain. The selected questions sucked, and had the effect of preventing Obama from having to speak to anything new without having a teleprompter.

I wonder about that. First we have to wait 4 more years, or maybe less if one of them dies in office (which would suck). Then we'll have to see what two lame ass people they throw at us for 2012. I mean seriously, these 2 are the best?

I could be worse. It could be Clinton-Feinstein or Clinton-Pelosi.

Which was the Dem? Juan wants to buy mortgages and then refinance to the actual value of the home?
Clinton didn't double the national debt to 10 trillion or bog us down in a war @ $435 million a day! Which we are borrowing. Iraqi freedom? What about American freedom?
No fan of Bill but, facts are facts. The GOP has gone left on us.
We can not maintain this insanity.

Didn't realize the president was a dictator. Last time i checked, congress has the vast majority of the responsibility for both cases. And last time I checked, it has had the worst approval rating in history, making GW look like a popular celebrity (even before the economic downturn) and is under the same control as it was in Bill Clintons era (hint - not the GOP).

But I know, I know. You want to paste your horns on somebody and point your finger at the other guy.

GOP was in Control of the house and senate 6 out of 8 years of this horrible administration.
There's no other guy for me I think both parties have killed the country, but lets not access blame. Also the GOP has had the majority since 1994. Contract with America.

What we have had in this country for years at all levels is a lack of true leadership. The Dems leaders point their fingers at GW, knowing full and well they had a big part in destroying the economy.
