I've had my issues with USO, and lots here dislike them. I will say that their customer service is excellent (and so is my scope now that the kinks are worked out of it).
I stripped the threads in a cant indicator re-installing it last week. I wasn't using a torque wrench and likely over-torqued it. I told Becky at USO my story and she sent me a new one for free.
Pretty good if you ask me.
