Diamondhead BUIS...does it live up to the marketing hype?

My vision in my dominant eye is slightly blurry. nothing noticeable until I try to sight down the front post on smaller targets. I finally discovered the problem while at the range recently when I tried sighting with the left and then right eye.

Anyone used the diamondhead sights? Do they live up to the marketing hype and are they worth the price? I read some reviews that seemed to indicate people with vision issues like the sights. I may be off base, but I'm wondering if upgrading from the magpul mbus sights might help.
