Ok, i got my dillon super1050, works like a champ and I DO NOT WANT TO FK with it to swap out toolheads for triming and resizing and decaping operations...

So here's how I have been doing it:
station 1 with a lee universal decap die .
neck size station 7

Start of edit:
Swap tool head
take off the powder thrower, and put on the dillon trimmer station 4
put on a "3/4" full length resizer in station 1
put on a full length resizer in station 6

Now that i have around 5k of brass, i would like to get another reloader just for brass prep:
lee pro 1k
station 1 decap
station 2 trim
station 3 full length resize

Do you guys think i'm off my rocker? Should I just keep doing it the way i have been? I'm just tired of replacing recalibrating blah blah blah...

I like to size (full length, neck) before trim.[Coffee]

I am with you and have been using multi presses for years. Dillons are great for assembly. Brass prep is what slows you down especially if your lubing bottle necks. I use a Redding and a Dillon.

You need to size, before Trimming to OAL.
