Help my friend ID make/model of this reloading press???? Pic attached

A friend of mine bought this press from a guy that had it for many years. The only identifying mark was an H with a circle around it. This mark is located on the base. So Hornady was the first manufacturer to jump out at us... I've looked online and can't find a match for it.

Anybody know which make and model this could be?
