I may be partial but it was one of the best fights I've seen in a LONG time. Cat Zingano is a co-owner of the gym I tran at. I've trained with her several times. We are very proud of her, she's a bad ass. She is going to be a coach for the next season of TUF and will challenge Rhonda Rousey for the belt in September.
You go girl!

Her opponent got her schnoz busted eight ways to sunday.....no Glamor Shots for her for a while.
Some great fights last night. Good thing Cat finished, I think she was behind on the score cards.

Rhonda Rousey is a bad as* chick! Your girl have a chance? Try not to be partial....
Your girl looks tough, good luck to her Vs Rousey!
Lots of great matches, but the girls were amazing.

Phenomenal knees by Cat! She looked good but she is going to need to tighten up her grappling to go against a monster judoka like Rousey.
Were you at the copper rail? We were there for the fights then I had to head home. My sister has trained with Cat. She was bad ass last night. 4 knees to the FACE!

I think she has a very good chance against Rousey. She has now tasted victory in the UFC and got the nerves out of the way. She is very disciplined with a very talented background and very knowledgeable fight corner.
When Meisha was attempting the heel hook in the 2nd round I think? Those frickin elbow to the thigh by cat had to hurt sooo bad.

No I was in ft Collins.
I watched the entire season of Ultimate and Uriah Hall f'ed up. He should have destroyed Kelvin, but his pissing around trying to be cute and get a splashy knock out lost it for him.
Cat coming back after the first round and a half was impressive though.
