Tapatalk popup when viewing on mobile

I noticed just recently that every time I load the site on my iPhone or iPad I get a popup regarding tapatalk. I never used to get this so I don't know if this is something new or not. Is there a way to code it to where if I say no, I don't get the popup again?

You must have cookies disabled or having them deleted too frequently. It already does remember if you've said no, but it stores it in a cookie.
