I'm completely stumped. I recently purchased a 2Tb Mac Mini with server software in hopes of hosting a few web pages, my domain email and a file server. The Apple promotional material made it sound soooo easy. I've run out of time and cuss words so I'm looking for help.

I own 3 different domains and I'd like them to point to my home server. They're currently hosted by an outside provider. I use them so very little that I'd like to bring everything in house.

So: Based on reading this forum for the last 6-8 months, I have to believe we've got a Mac network/server expert out there who can walk me through this. In exchange, I'll prepare an NFA Trust for you at no charge. PM me if you're interested.

Thanks guys,

RWW

I can help out I've run a mac server for a little over 10 years now LOL

Tho I'm 2 OS revisions behind ( the newest OS's have pissed me off on the server side) I'm sure I can still help ya out.

I don't overly need an NFA trust at the moment .. hell I can't AFFORD the weapon right now but I'm willing to help out anyways :-)

PM sent

Heck .. being "forced" to set up on the newer OS's might get me to finally update mine too LOL

Wow. This really is a great group of people. Within 30 minutes, I've got two people offering to help me out. For the time being, I'm going to withdraw my request for help and work with Clublights and one other forum member to see if they can straighten me out.

If we can't get it done, I'll renew my request at a later date.

Thanks again for the quick responses. I guess I should have asked for help about 20 hours and 96 cuss words ago!
