View Full Version : Snow totals
Went outside tonight to knock the snow off the branches of the trees. Snow on the table is measuring 10.5" at 10:30pm and still snowing. I think this is the most snow FTC has seen in one storm all year.
Fort Collins is susposed to get hit again with another storm on Wednesday. Panic, but milk and eggs quick!
we have about 5 inches in south Auorora right now. Come on snow, we need the moisture.

Not so much as 1 snowflake in Black Forest area yet.
A solid 12" on the grass, but only 2-4" on the road. Since that means that 8-10" of the snow on the roads has melted, I expect to drive to work on at least 2" of ice tomorrow morning. Still snowing as well.
A little over 10" when I went out to shovel about 1/2 hr. ago.

Do you live on a night time construction sight?
Also, it seems to have stopped here, for now. Crazy that Colorado Springs got NOTHING.

2 feet and counting.
My wife got her car stuck in a ditch on our hill, then a pickup smacked into her and got stuck in the ditch on the other side of the road, completely blocking the road. The hill was like a skating rink under the snow. I fell on my ass several times just walking/shoveling her out.
The County plow driver eventually came by and was cool enough to drag us all out of the ditches. Rough day.

Just motion lights being set off by the snow.

Every bit of a foot here.
And a flat on Mama's ride
Probably eight or ten inches at my place. Easy drive to Fort Lupton this morning. Usually takes me about 25 minutes. Took me about 22 today since traffic was light coming up highway 85. Sitting outside my work location. They put a fancy automatic gate in and it won't open this morning. The old gate just had a padlock. Gotta love technology.

Just a few. Not much accumulation, doesn't look like it's going to stick.
