What's the easiest way to put them on the reciever?

I had good luck using my hands. My feet were not quite up for it. ;) I liked the Stanag clamp mount on mine. But if you over tightened, you changed dimensions on the stamped receiver. Sometimes would impede the rifle from cycling properly. Basically, it pinched the bolt carrier in the receiver when it was clamped excessively.

I have found that the HK claw mount works very well on mine. It enabled the installation of NV as well as a 4x Fero Z-24 scope.
Some have had a length of pic rail welded onto the top of the receiver, and use other optics.
The rifle itself has a very narrow envelope of optics which are useful on it, due to the charging handle notch being located where it is, which will foul the objective lenses of scopes which are very long. Nonetheless, I have never felt the need for more magnification than on the Wetzlar scope.
Hope this helps some.

Stanag mt.
I was all motivated to figure this out and go spend a day working it out at the range, got busy, and haven't had a chance to do anything to it.
