Terms and Conditions for participation
in the AR-15.co Website, Forum and Events

General

i. Participation in this site, by any means, construes agreement with these terms and conditions.

ii. All members must list in their profile an honest and accurate location. This must be as specific as the metropolitan city/town you live in or close to (i.e. Aurora, Grand Junction, Trinidad). If you live in an obvious rural or unincorporated area within Colorado you may list something like "Rural xxx County" (where xxx is the county you live in). Members joining from outside of Colorado must include both their city location (what city/town is your mail delivered to?) as well as the state they reside in. Any intentional vagueness (no "Colorado", "Northern Colorado", "Frontrange", "Texas", or "Buffalo", etc.) or deceipt in this will be grounds for immediate and permanent banning from the site.

iii. This document is not all inclusive, additional updates can and will be posted in the forums and/or via email. It is the responsibility of each person to maintain their contact info to receive updates and to read updates posted in the forums.

iv. Managers/mods may enforce these rules with discretion. This includes, but is not limited to: locking of threads, warning, suspension and outright bans.

v. Any lack of enforcement of any single provision or element of a provision does not constitute a lack of enforcement of the whole provision or the rule-set itself - basically, getting away with something "once" isn't an excuse to break any rule you want.

vi. Managers/mods can restrict access to the site, shoot, whatever for any reason at any time

vii. Anyone convicted of a felony, and/or any act of domestic violence (felony or misdemeanor), or prohibited from firearms ownership and/or possession in any way, are forbidden to participate in this site and any of its functions.

viii. Anyone banned from the site is also forbidden to participate in the site and functions.

ix. Only one account per person unless authorized by site staff

x. No commercial ads, threads, or posts allowed anywhere on the site without staff approval.

xi. No profane or "adult" posts or pictures are allowed. Use common sense. If you wouldn't show it to your grandmother or 5 year old daughter, don't post it. As always, the site staff reserves the right to remove any content we deem inappropriate or offensive.
This is a family site and the content should reflect this value.

xii. As it was required upon registration, it is also a permanent requirement for continued membership on the site to include your date of birth in your registration information. You are welcome to use the "Hide Age and Date of Birth" option to limit viewing of this information to site staff.

xiii. If you need assistance, have comments or suggestions, or need to bring something to our attention, please contact site staff.
