HVAC and Window installation guys get in here..........I need a little help

Where are the HVAC and Window installer guys? I need my furnace serviced and cleaned! I just sold my house and got the inspection back. One of the things that was called out was to have the furnace cleaned and serviced by a licensed HVAC contractor. Also are there any window guys because i have a small window that needs to be replaced too. Uncle Sam has me PCSing and i need to get these things taken care of, so I figured Id support some of you guys buisnesses if possible. Thanks in advance!

This, details would be great.

Got the window setup to be done on Monday, who wants the furnace? The window was a small double pane window and one side was busted out if it when I bought my house! I've been a lazy bum and haven't fixed it since I moved in!
