CBI tracks the FFL BGC, transfers or in store sales does not matter, and sends a monthly bill for the money that the FFL is suppose to collect. Doesn't matter if they did or not, $10 per BGC. The fee for transfer is up to the dealer to set as they see fit.Quote:
