Me thinks this has gone further than Mr. Morse anticipated...
Looks like he might beat it by a technicality. Supposedly the recall petitions have to ask voters for a "successor" and this recall petition didn't do that.
I sure hope the organizers didn't shoot themselves in the foot.

Nope, the petition solely says you want the miscreant recalled and why. The ballot will have two questions: 1) should Senator Morse be recalled and 2) who do you want to replace Senator Morse if he is recalled?Quote:
