Ruger (shopruger.com)s: Outstanding Customer Service

I recently purchased a couple of items and received some of the best service ever in an online buying experience.

First: Ruger (shopruger.com)

Ordered 3 Mini-30 mags (thanks to Ark Tactical for the good deal, too!) from Ruger. $39.95 each. When I received the mags today it was less than I was originally quoted. They unexpectedly picked up the freight to the tune of $14.00. On top of that they included a gift certificate for $10.00 off my next order. Total time from online order to time in my hands was 6 days (including the weekend).

Next: Sportsman Supply Co (via GunBroker...www.sportsmanssupplyco.com)

Won an auction for a standard/walnut M1A NIB ($1315.00 + $15.00 UPS Ground shipping) late Sun evening. I used their checkout system and paid with a credit card. No credit card fees. This morning at 0830 I'd already received a UPS tracking number and noticed they'd posted feedback for me. They're in PA.

Hats off to both these online companies. Great products, great prices, great customer service. Just thought they deserved a little love.

Done a lot of business with Sportsman's Supply and my experience has been the same. Good source for ammo and shipping is free. Prices are better than most and stuff doesn't sit around waiting on shipping. Most, if not all, of their firearms auctions start out at a penny.
