...and no one was arrested. Even in Denver where you're only allowed to have 20 round magazines.

Seems to me this wanton breaking of the law was an organized conspiracy with out of state extremists involved and therefore could be prosecuted under the federal RICO statute. I have no idea what I'm talking about, it just sort of came to me.
