Actor Dennis Farina died...

He was one of the greats, and not the most well known but always stealing scenes kind of actors... He played on Law & Order for several years, and, my favorite role of his, Cousin Avi in Snatch- best line:

Dennis Farina, a onetime Chicago cop who as a popular actor played a cop on "Law & Order," has died, his rep told FOX411.
Farina died Monday morning in a Scottsdale, Ariz., hospital after suffering a blood clot in his lung, according to his publicist, Lori De Waal. He was 69.

And I didn't know he was a Chicago cop for a number of years before becoming an actor. He was a great actor and will be missed. :(

I couldn't believe it when I saw the story.

Frankly, I can't imagine that he was only 69; he seemed much older.

Crime Story. Best crime series ever, including the theme music.
Complete with an atomic bomb test outside Vegas doing in some of the bad guys.

Law & Order, Crime Story...we lost one of the good ones today. :(

That really sucks. I always thought he was great in the movie Snatch.
