By the way.....If you're looking for a butt stock then good luck try iron wood designs for a new us stock or maybe assault weapons of Ohio for an m76 wood stock
Thanks. A folder wouldn't be out of the question either.
I have never seen a folder on a yugo, other than underfolders. There might be some type of ace adaptor out there but no factory units that I have seen.
Actually yugo's never did come with a side folder like bob said but Serbia modernized their ak's with the introduction of the m70abx it's basically a fixed stock m70 that they made a side folder for and threw a quadrail on it the folder looks a lot like a galil stock, you could get the same look with an ace folder, ace makes an adaptor for yugo's. or you could modify a galil stock's mounting block if you want an m70abx clone

I was thinking under folder. I'd rather have fixed wood, but i really just want to get rid of the black plastic one.
If the pap rifle still has the serial number on the back side of the receiver then an underfolder is a no go. If it has it elsewhere then you could change it but it would be a decent amount of work. Remove the existing trunnion, weld the rivet holes closed. Smooth the receiver you welded with a sanding disc and a belt sander. Then locate and drill new rivet holes for an underfolder trunnion, locate and cut underfolder assembly holes. Filed the rear of the receiver shell to match the angle of the underfolder trunnion. Then rivet in the trunnion. The easier route..... Since a pap has a serial number on the receiver shell and not the front trunnion then I believe the trunnion isn't "married" to the receiver. Buy a Nodak yugo m92 receiver and a yugo underfolder rear trunnion and stock. Remove the trigger guard and front trunnion/barrel assembly from the pap and install them in the Nodak then sell the stripped pap receiver on gun broker or something like that to recuperate the money you spent on a Nodak.
