Had the fan bam over for a fair well summer shindig.

I smoked a pork butt. Attachment 33383

The pork was pulled and served on Kings Hawaiian rolls, hit with a dash of home made honey barbecue sauce and topped off with some home made slaw. Attachment 33387

I served the wings with two flavors. The first was the honey barbecue sauce and the rest were coated in a pineapple habanero sauce I whipped up. The wings were pretty popular. Attachment 33389

If you ever have smoked chicken wings you'll be hard pressed to put wings in a deep fryer.

I did a couple of pork tenderloins on the grill this evening. Sorry, no pictures.

Ate a turkey sandwich with carrots and water, then jetted out so I could go clothes and shoe shopping before the mall closed early for the holiday.
