Any recommendations on the selection of a quality bolt-carrier intended for accuracy?

Any suggestions, at the very least, of what to stay AWAY from?

Probably a Young N/M. If I say 'stay away' from DPMS, Del-Ton, Oly, etc, someone will chime in and tell me they shoot oxygen bottles at 1000yds with irons.
