It's 11:30pm and...

...I'm sitting down to probably one of my favorite meals. Yep, grits, bacon, eggs over easy, cheddar, hot sauce and a little pepper.

I work odd hours and this just hit the spot. [Dinner]

Well, I'm jealous. I want to pound my remaining saltine crackers into dust because of you.

Im eating salt and vinegar chips. It doesn't hit the spot

My kids think I am a whackjob because I like grits and hominy.

I like grits. Just proof that enough salt, pepper, and butter can make anything taste good. I also love me some hot sauce, but not on the grits.

I got yelled at by guys in the Army because I put sugar in mine and treated it like white oatmeal. I mean, they were chow hall grits anyway, only tasted like what you put on them.
