RIP COL Wright
I just found out today that my friend and mentor for over 18 years passed away in a parachuting accident at Ft. Bragg. The jobs are military does is very dangerous, even at home during training. Please keep his family in your prayers. This has been a solemn day to say the least. RIP Jumpmaster!

That's a damn shame. May he rest in piece and may his family take some comfort in his legacy.

Very sorry to hear of your loss. It seems like we're losing our men and women of honor faster than ever before; when we need them most.
At ease Col. Wright; your watch has ended honorably. Enjoy your R&R and secure the LZ for those of us who will follow.

Rip. It has been a while since a friend of mine from the military passed. Back during the height of OIF / OEF someone I knew was killed every other month or so. But this just goes to show it is a dangerous line of work and those still doing it need to be in our thoughts and prayers all the time. I need to call some of my old friends and touch base.
