Do we know if any law enforcement agencies tried to charge flood vicitms for this? I assume Buck's press release was a result of someone's stupidity.

Not specifically public but I could see it mentioned to the police when coming out of a flood area with a load of crap. They are going to want to talk to you and make sure you aren't a looter.Quote:
