Looking for small garage/shop zoned industrial in Greeley/Ft. Collins

Hey Everybody,

I'm new to the group and I'm hoping someone here may be able to help me locate a small garage/shop in the Greeley/Ft. Collins area to lease. I'm in the process of getting my ATF Class 2 for manufacturing. Hence, the location needs to be in the proper zoning. ATF is so damn picky ;)

As far as size goes... the smaller and CHEAPER... the better! (Tooling up is killing me!)

Anyhow, any info would be greatly appreciated. I'd also be interested in anything in the surrounding areas as well.
