Looked kind of fake to me. The ball bearing looked weird as it returned, and then what are the chances that the resulting injury is captured perfectly on the camera? If he ran away screaming obscenities, it would seem more realistic.

Also, would a ball bearing tear up your skin like that? Seems like it would just leave a big lump.

I don't think slingshot dude has the ability to do movie quality special effects like that.... It was better than the Walking Dead....
But then again.... why would he post up that video?

As a "don't try this at home, kids" PSA. That guy's got a lot of cool slingshot videos up, guess his luck ran out on this one.
