Never in my 20 years as an electrician have I had to have an engineered one line drawing for temp power. Well until now. Also need a whole separate permit for the generator being used for the time being. Thanks electrical inspector.

Denver is easy. Try working in Arapahoe county, or Broomfield.

All those city ordinances and inspectors are there for your and my safety. I seriously don't get how you wouldn't be super happy dealing with them.
If you make your drawing on the back of a couple of $50 dollar bills, maybe the inspector will see that you know how to do business in Denver?
It's a wonder anything gets built in Denver. Watch out, most inspectors drive their personal vehicles. Who think an inspector would drive an 02 civic? Still not as bad as California.
