HB 1342 to kill tabor

I didn't expect this one to get this far. They wanted to raise money beyond 'our means.'[Rant1]

I really don't see what the problem is. The government knows how to spend my money better than I do. I think that my paychecks should just go straight to the government from now on and they can give me back what they think I might need.

A big FU to the people who want TABOR repealed.

Can someone summarize this for me please?

TABOR= Taxpayer Bill Of Rights. Basically limits how much tax money the state can take.
