This will be interesting, most have never held any sort of gun. Any tips on getting these guys to play as a team? I'm thinking two to four man squads, dont fire until you have a sight picture, leapfrog etc...the basics.

How man people total?
You should get the business to cover some of the expenses , consider it as Team Building experience.
Face paint, full tactical camo, drop leg holsters, and a 'Mercia bandana.
If it's a small arena (speedball) with more than 8 total, don't worry about wasting paint or sight picture.... Quantity over quality here.
If it's a bigger arena or you have less people, then you can be a little more tactical.
Suppressive fire definitely has it's place in paintball.
Best part about doing paintball party for new friends or office mates has always been teaching them about gun safety! I know couple guys who were scared of guns are now proud gun owners thanks to paintball sessions and small talks. HAVE FUN!
