H.R. 2159: Denying Firearms and Explosives to Dangerous Terrorists Act of 2009

Remember the furor over the terrorist lists and definitions made by DHS?


Prohibits the sale or distribution of firearms or explosives to any individual whom the Attorney General has determined to be engaged in terrorist activities.
Permits the Attorney General to withhold information in firearms and explosives license denial revocation suits if the Attorney General determines that the disclosure of such information would likely compromise national security.

ooooooooo mannnnnnnn...... My head wants to explode.... Maddnesss like this cannot continue... If a person is a "terrorist" then kill em!!!!!!!! Don't deny them the right to buy a gun... And what makes people think that the gangbangers, drug dealers and terrorists Really go to the store/ reputible dealers for their murder weapons and throwaways?!?!? Crazy crazy crazy.......
