Agreed. This puts the owness more on the people and not the registration of our guns.
The one in California caught my eye 'Entertainment Firearms Permit only' What does that mean? I assume it is movie related.

Yes we do, CBI is just an additional (and unnecessary) layer you get an NICS and CO approval number.Quote:
