The young man in this video and the one filming live together near campus. The police were called for a noise complaint. The officer said he "smelled drugs" and what you see here is what followed.

Yeah, all the 4th and 5th Amendments do is protect the guilty. [facepalm]
Behavior in video looks inappropriate, got a link or any other info or background about the incident? The video alone is not much to go on.
lobbed from my electronic ball and chain
lucky that dog didnt get shot.
unfortunately the video doesnt show anything. for all we know he was being arrested for rape, murder, etc. sure the video is labeled to make us think that they did nothing wrong.
my advice, dont open the door, even for the police. talk through the door and call an attorney or the news station.
this is what America has come to. I hate to have to even think that way.
The black guy reminds me of a NBA player "flopping". "Don't shoot me, don't shoot me!" "I'll do whatever you say." WTF is he even talking about?! It's called playing it up for the camera hoping for a payday. Looks like he even fooled some of you. There are victims of the 4th Amendment out there but I doubt he is one of them.
Cops knock on my door, I ain't answering. I don't care if terrorists are roaming the neighborhood. Go get a no knock warrant. As I have said before the police are out of control. I know of a guy shot a cop dead on a no knock warrant, jury let the guy walk. Lesson from this video is don't answer the door to the police.
He does say he is "gonna shoot you in the head". Here we go again, another "you are all just cop bashing" thread. Where is this taken. If that is here in Colorado I don't think "smell" passes the smell test anymore?
