Gen 4 Glock trigger increasing in pull weight

Did the $.25 trigger job, making sure not to change the geometry of anything. I'm running a Minus connector, but other than that all the parts are factory. Test fired 5 rounds after trigger job and it shoots fine.
Yesterday I was dry firing while watching tv and the trigger felt like it was getting progressively heavier. I thought maybe my finger was getting tired, so I stopped. Then today I picked it up again and it was still heavy, and hit to the point where I almost had to use 2 fingers to pull it.
I disassembled and cleaned it, looking for any marks that might indicate something grinding and saw nothing. I did notice that the connector was lying a little too flat, so I bent it out slightly so that the ear now sits flush with the side of the frame. Then relubed and reassembled and the first few trigger pulls felt great, like a smooth 3.5lbs. Then it started getting a more pronounced "wall" and it takes a little more force to get through the wall each time.
What's going on?

Noticed that when i did mine too, a little lube and it went away.

I've tried Frog Lube and spray on Teflon (my preferred lube for a carry gun) and didn't notice a difference.

I've done the .25 job on mine, and haven't noticed anything like that. It is unusual, to be sure. I'd look for areas showing wear or galling. Polish those areas well. If you've already polished those areas, they shouldn't be showing any additional wear.
