Check with tmleader. He might do domestic.
Try Sears. I had them do a full replacement on my 04 Trailblazer a few months ago when they had a special (Monore shocks). They did all 4 for $322 which was $200 cheaper then anywhere else by far.
Truck drives and feels great.
High Country 4x4. Jason works there, he is a shooter. They carry Bilstein, good shocks, lifetime warranty, plus others.
I put a set of Bilstein's on my F250. Not hard once the truck is on the lift. I can definitely feel the difference.

Order them and change them yourself
I don't even bother with the lift to change truck shocks, takes about 15 minutes per, but I guess the 6" lift and 35s give me more room to work. [Flower]
Buy local at Four to Go and do 'em in the driveway.
Definitely do them yourself. Save a lot and a good learning experience, I'm sure several on here would volunteer or you can watch youtube and easily see how to do it yourself on your own time/pace
