The gun dealer in Canon city who fed me some great :rolleyes: info last year is still in business.

He claims to be class 3, and can order you anything you like.

He, however, recommends against purchasing a silencer. You see, in his 30 years of army experience he has learned that a suppressor is better. In fact, you can make suppressor into a silencer (he notes he shouldn't tell you this) by opening it up and adding packing. That's neither here nor there though because the best suppressor is a potato, or a plastic bottle.

The mossberg night train apparently comes with your choice of suppressor or brake...and Mossberg purchased Barska specifically to build the 6-24x60 scope.(stress the 60X...as though it is 60x).

Standard cap AR mags still on the shelf.

Sounds like the knife guy at the Army Surplus store off 36 and Pecos. He does classes on the side you know. Some of the guys he's trained have really seen some shit...[/longstare]

But did he make you a good deal on the potato silencer?

I have family out there. Don't know the gun shop though. In fact, quite literally, the only store I've EVER been to while down there has been a liquor store.

MD 20/20 should be in glass and it's only 13% now so hardly worth the time. :)
