All the news channels are the same
A steady increase since 2006? I'd like to see those stats.
While I think it's true that many victims of gun violence end up gathering at the same place...I don't think it's usually the Capital.
Typo? They want the gun laws reversed from last year?Quote:
Protesters want lawmakers to overturn gun legislation passed last year.
Facts? Those get in the way of AGENDA
Tom Mauser is just making up bullshit statistics and being quoted on the news. "More than 60000 deaths by gun violence since Sandy Hook"...my ass. By the skewed data of the CDC, TWO THIRDS of those deaths are intentional suicides, and another 3 percent are ruled as accidental. Filter out the gang related shootings and the numbers become even smaller, something along the lines of 10000. Sounds like a big number, until you realize that smoking kills almost 600000 per year. If they want to treat firearms deaths as a public health issue, it is way down the list of priorities in terms of importance.

Funny, a couple hundred antis get a full segment on the news, but thousands of opponents to the legislation in '12 barely get a mention.
You think our media is biased?
Just a thought......
