The best thing a R can do is deflect. "I'm sorry, can you ask a question that isn't loaded? Further, I don't forsee this being an issue in the next election cycle, where the larger issues such as world policy and economic concerns are what my policies will be focused on".

Granted, the media has a real talent for asking "Have you stopped kicking puppies yet?"

The problem with Carson is he is a lousy politician, and lacks the discipline to handle gotcha questions. His only hope is to perhaps be a cabinet level leader (HHS?) if some other R gets elected.

I could not see voting for him anyway (which is not racist in any way). Make him surgeon general? Ha!!

Hopefully Dr Carson will recognize soon he is finished, and pull out - thus allowing more donor $$ to go to other candidates.
