Since my property is not competing with yalls, figured I'd post it up here as well.
My rental just went on the market in Colorado Springs. Their lease is up June 1. I just wish the Springs market was up as high as the Den Metro market.

Good luck!!! I forgot what a massive PITA it is to get a house ready to show, especially with 3 kids (1 baby), 2 dogs, 2 cats, 2 gerbils & a lizard. We've erased all traces of everything but the kids. :)
