Ooo boy, this is gonna go far towards an appeal if there's a conviction in the Aurora theater trial. First of all what was Brauchler thinking tweeting about the case...especially while in the courtroom no less??!! And then to have a juror admit to other jurors that they looked up stuff online???!!! C'mon, this thing is a cluster to begin with and now this? Great Ceasar's Ghost!
Part of juror instructions if it isnt needs to be an emphasis that the shit they do could negate the trial. Really want to be known as the person who allowed the trial of mass murderer to get borked? Swear if it's dumb enough I wouldnt mind seeing fines/penalties for shit like that so far into the trial.
I can't even imagine what a complicated fuster cluck a trial like this would be to manage.
