Ok so I am tired of working for the Man. I am the Man. My boss for the last 2.5 years has made me deal with building a business only to not be paid on a regular basis. I have been estmating, and have brought jobs to the company. Yet the guy has a hard time meeting payroll evry week. So I made the decision and pulled the trigger. I have made lots of good contacts over the year so I am on my own now. I am a licensed electrical contractor.

Good for you! I wish I had a skill that I could transfer into my own business. My boss's boss pissed me off real bad today. In a 30 second period I almost quit and was almost fired. First they force me to work within a box of their illogical rules, which I have accepted, then they chew me out for not thinking outside of said box.
