Machining out the center bore of 17" rims?

I've been looking for a set of wheels for winter tires on my Mazda for a couple weeks now, but haven't found anything at all that's cost effective. I've got a buddy who will give me his close-to-new set of steel wheels from his Nissan which are a perfect match EXCEPT for the center bore. The Nissans use a 66.1mm bore, the Mazda needs a 67.1mm bore. Need to open up the center bore by exactly one dang millimeter. So close, yet so far.

Anybody here have a machine shop? Or have a rough idea what it would cost? Or can point me in the right direction?

Maybe use brake cylinder hone on a drill?

Are the wheels you want to machine Hub Centric and does you're Mazda require Hub Centric wheels? If so machining the hub diameter becomes more critical to hit the diameter and getting it on center. Most steel wheels have rolled edge in the hub which adds to the strength especially when it comes to Hub Centric mounting. Since you have a lighter vehicle removing 1/2mm of material per side should be an issue when it comes to strength.
