Some examples would be:
1.) Shooting an aggressor but your bullets don't stop them
2.) Your minor child uses your firearm and accidentally harms someone
3.) Your firearms get stolen

Ineffective shots , gun jams , yep. All the damn time.
I always wake up absolutely frustrated.
Ever since I started carrying, anxiety dreams have switched from being naked to not being able to pull the trigger on my gun. We talked about this a few years ago and it was surprising to me to see people saying that if they ever have a bad dream about a gun they own, they sell it and get something else.
Pull trigger, nothing happens, OR pull trigger, and bullets bounce off perp (lack of velocity, not super-perp).
Freud and Jung would have a heyday with this thread.
sent from nowhere
Just recently I had a dream where someone was trying to rob me. I went to unholster my gun and was shocked to be pointing a dildo at the perp instead of my gun. I woke up absolutely furious.
I HATE nightmares about college.
I had a nightmare where AR-47 is real.
Why I prefer to carry my traditional Sigs, why I opted for a 938 for summer carry is still a mystery.
Nightmare: Trigger pull and nothing, doh! safety!
Nightmare: Killed two muggers, only wounded the third.
No. But I can't find my noveske stripped lower. [emoji22][emoji22][emoji22]
I used to have dreams that my bullets were ineffective, and sometimes when I sustained injuries, my injuries were equally ineffective, making me basically invincible... But so was the bad guy. I always woke up before it reached a resolution and it always frustrated me.
I've also had dreams involving firearms that ended positively - including dreams where I made a legal and justified shoot in defense of my family.
Mostly I just dream about work these days. [shithitsfan]
