In some states like WY, a few joints was also enough to charge you with distribution. After all (was the mind set) why would someone have multiple joints on them if not to distribute / sell.
In NY a baggie of weed was mandatory prison time usually 14+ months . One guy i went to school with, busted for 2oz. His sentence..... 5 years.. Oh the Rockefeller years were such a glorious times

Is there a requirement for application submissions to retain entitlement programs? I'm not familiar with the programs or process, so I really want to know if this also eases things on those trying to scam the system for longer term entitlements.
