Before Saying, “I Support France,” Please Read This

The president of France calls the attacks in Paris by militant ISIS supporters an “act of war.” Excuse me? Haven’t we been at war since at least 9/11? Even going back as far as 1979, when the first openly organized Islamic government, Iran, took Americans hostage and brutalized them for a year before setting them free?

We’re not supposed to admit we’re at war with Islam. But Islam has been at war with everyone else for decades now. And it’s not going to stop.

I am so sick of people saying, “We can’t fight terrorism with violence. We have to understand them and figure out what makes them act this way.”

Envy, brutality and collectivist/social/racial hatred are what make them act this way. They’re not going to change, and they’re not going to stop. By trying to appease and understand them every chance we get, they interpret this as weakness, because it is, from their point-of-view. They respond with more brutality. They’re not ever going to stop, any more than Hitler and the Nazis would have stopped if, instead of taking them on directly, we had said, “Let’s try to understand them.”

You cannot defeat a morally certain enemy without moral certainty. But we do not live in an age of moral self-assertion. It’s considered mean, unkind and politically incorrect.

You do not have moral certainty if you keep insisting that your enemy really does not mean it.

Stop waiting for the “moderate” or life-loving Muslims to come out of the closet and morally condemn their violent brethren. These moderates are nowhere to be found. Either they do not exist, or they’re too weak or frightened to take on the people who do these things in the name of their faith-based philosophy.

Obama has stated that these attackers do not share certain basic, universal values with the rest of us. But Obama is the one who insists we cannot really fight terrorists because they operate underground, without state-sanctioned armies, and the like. Obama is the same one who gave away America’s credibility and unfroze billions in assets to the government of Iran, the one actual government known to sponsor and morally support Islamic terrorism around the world. What business does he have expressing outrage and horror? He might as well be on their side. Because he makes life easier for them, through things like this insane treaty he rammed by the Congress.

So before you rush to show others how sad and angry you are about what happened in Paris, stop to think of the ideas, attitudes and elected officials you’ve been supporting.

Ideas have consequences, and if you support the wrong ones, this is what you get.

I stand with and for America. Islam has been at war with the world since the 1400s. Many nations have come and gone since then and they are still killing or submitting nations to their tyranny. The only thing that has stopped them is fighting back with resolve to defeat their evil. It was the same then and it is the same now. There is only one solution, one cure for their evil. We need to slay them before they slay us.

Remember that we are a free people, we are good people, we are brave people. Stay armed, stay vigilant, stand against evil.

As long as the West keeps refusing to see the problem's not ISIS, YOUSIS, WESIS, or any other splinter group, but Islam's ideology, as Mark Steyn says, this will continue. Chasing specific perpetrators or groups is a fool's errand when it comes to Islam. All of that totalitarian system is the antithesis of everything the West stands, or used to stand, for. Any adherent of Islam, native born or not, must be deported*, no exceptions, for the children, even if it saves only one life (or maybe many times that).

Think of it this way: if, by some miracle,they all disappeared tomorrow, would the world be worse or better off? I think you know the answer.

Yeah, I know it's a pipe dream, but it is one of my favorites. Any SJWs that try to shield them, BTW, can join them in sandland.

*I have no problem paying them fair market value for any property they've legally acquired.

I'm fully onboard with that.

I'm just wondering if the French are onboard with supporting themselves. Don't get me wrong, I feel horrible about what happened, but those are my feels and are worth exactly jack shit.

What will they do? And what will greater Europe do?

The French have beaten the invading Muslims in the past and if properly led, they will do so again.

Been on board with that line of thinking for a long time.

I've made a similar argument for years about so-called "pro-gun liberals". You can't possibly be "pro-gun" and vote for democrats for the same reasons the author of the above piece states.

It's also why I absolutely hate platitudes like, "we're all in this together". Makes my blood boil.

Makes me wonder if we're gonna have to send our military over there for the 3rd time in 100 years to bail out Europe from a threat? Just to have them thumb their noses at us later once it's over.

I love France. Beautiful country, terrific food, and quite honestly I found the people to be more polite than your average Americans, at least in Provence.

Having said all that, this superficial 'support' is baffling me. It doesn't do jack except make you feel good. It honestly reminds me of when I was in college and kids would protest Chinese actions in Tibet in that no one on the other side of the globe knows or cares what you are doing here in America. But yeah, nice flag behind your avatar or whatever.

I agree. Americans like to talk trash on France, but I love the country. The people are great.
