I have a Carhart jacket that used to belong to my dad. Not sure how many years he had it before I got it but I've had it for almost twenty years. It's thick and even though it's old and well worn it's still pretty stiff. Never thought it would be bulletproof though.

It yields a bit more after 2 seasons, but it's never broken. The Carhartt jacket is like a palm tree in a hurricane.Quote:
