Was hoping someone would post this. We had a heated debate a few months ago on this wherein folks wanted to re-interpret 4473. No-just because marijuana is legal in Colorado doesn't void that problem question or the consequences of lying.
IMHO, the Feds are holding on to every tool they have to make as many prohibited persons as possible which is one reason they refused to reschedule marijuana.
Yet the opiates prescribed ( yes we've discussed it) mood altering adhd's or raging alcoholic, can buy with no fear of 4473 violation.
It's all about the $$$$$$$$$$$
When they add the line asking if I enjoy the occasional beer I'm screwed.
A few more otherwise legal gun owners are now criminals. A slow erosion
