I was in a training class this week in the Atlanta area. Had a few folks talking about Guam while I was there and I thought about you.

Then one of the guys said he misses Guamanian BBQ - where the sauce is essentially 50/50 soy sauce and white vinegar then add lots of onions and sometimes spices. Didn't sound too appealling to me but planned to ask you about it Brother Mike.

Try the sticky rice. It's good.

They forgot to mention the lime and brown sugar... and add some tomato soak in it... bomb as hell... you will love it.
