A step in the right direction
Changes to ITAR have been "Proposed" since the guidance letter dropped in 2016.
While this looks promising it is only a proposal and subject to annotations and such.
When its signed and implemented I will take more notice of it.
This would be great to see
I would love to have my favorite gunsmith back!
Hopefully this BS get reversed. I need to have some work done but don't trust anyone.
