Hey Netflixers-The Highwaymen drops on March 29

The Highwaymen tells the story of Frank Hamer and Many Gault pursuing Bonnie and Clyde. Watching the trailer it appears Hamer and Gault are the focus of the dramatization, not B&C-they're in a way secondary characters. Kevin Costner as Hamer and Woody Harrelson as Gault. I've come to prefer Costner's mature roles more so than his younger stuff, can easily see him as Hamer. I've always thought Harrelson could play just about any type of character well.

I've read a few books on the Texas Rangers as well as on Frank Hamer. Boessenecker's was informative if not especially well written, the one by Jenkins and Frost much better written.

On the watch list.

There is already a Netflix thread, but thanks for the heads up. Woody Harrleson is a favorite of mine.

Was kind of hoping it would be the short-lived Mad Max meets Knight Rider series with the dude who's future truck turned into a helicopter.
